The challenge is medically monitored by a leading Dubai based Doctor, Health Optimization expert at a specialized clinic, one of the UAE's most advanced Longevity & Health optimization-focused centers and Dr. Daniel Stickler Co-Founder | Chief Medical Officer | Leading ground breaking clinical trials in human enhancement and longevity at Apeiron.

Pre-Challenge Testing:

  • Full blood work (CBC, CMP, CRP, hormones, glucose, etc.)
  • Cardiac/Respiratory: ECG, VO₂ max, spirometry
  • DEXA scan, HRV, reaction time, cognitive baseline
  • Microbiome and gut health panel
1

During-Challenge Monitoring (every 4–6 hours):

  • Vitals: HR, BP, oxygen, body temperature
  • Finger-prick bloods: glucose, cortisol, CK, electrolytes
  • Cognitive performance: reaction time, memory recall
  • Neurological screening for sleep deprivation
1

Post-Challenge Recovery:

  • Repeat blood panels, VO₂ max, HRV
  • Sleep tracking and recovery analytics
  • Psychological and hormonal recovery
  • Injury risk and musculoskeletal assessment

A scientific white paper will be published after the event, documenting Claude's metabolic, physiological, and psychological changes.

Dr. Daniel Stickler, a pioneer in systems-based medicine and age rejuvenation science, brings deep expertise to Locked In – 168 as a strategic collaborator. His contributions span across data science, clinical insight, and media engagement:

  • Systems Health & Longevity Science
Dr. Stickler will help interpret complex interactions between Claude Louis’s metabolic, hormonal, neurological, and epigenetic data, offering a systems-level view of stress adaptation and aging during the challenge.
  • AI-Driven Data Modeling
He will guide or develop AI-powered clinical models to analyze real-time and longitudinal biometric data, helping detect early warning signs of fatigue, metabolic shifts, or neurological strain.
  • Biological Age & Recovery Insight
Leveraging his expertise in age rejuvenation, Dr. Stickler will assess epigenetic markers, biological age trends, and resilience profiles—uncovering how 168 hours of continuous exertion may affect long-term health and neuroplasticity.
  • Scientific Publishing & Interpretation
As a potential co-author of the event’s white paper, Dr. Stickler will lead the synthesis of complex biomarker and cognitive data into groundbreaking insights for the fields of performance, aging, and health optimization.
